5 TMS (windows): There are no clockings coming through for any one?

Check that the poller is running. To do this go to the polling PC. The polling program is normally minimized at the bottom of the screen. If it isn't then click on an icon for poll clocks. If there is no icon the click on start\programs\Mitrefinch\poll clocks. This will minimize click on it so that you can see it. If it states 'awaiting to start' the close this screen by using the x and then restart it. You should see action on the poller. If it states RESET then please check the hardware frequently asked questions as it is likely that there may be a comms or fatal comms error, or that this is not the polling PC.
